Privacy
Your log stays on your phone
Workouts, sets, records, bodyweight, measurements and progress photos are stored in a database on this device. There is no account, and none of it is sent anywhere.
Anonymous usage
To learn which parts of the app get used, it sends anonymous usage events to PostHog, an analytics service: which screens open, which features are used (for example that a session was finished, with how many exercises and sets), your answers to the first-launch questions about how you heard of the app and how you train, your rank's name, and the app and iOS version. They carry a random ID made on this phone, not your name or email. They never include weights, reps, exercise names, notes, bodyweight, age, sex or photos, and your IP address is not kept. Turn it off any time in You, under Share anonymous usage.
What we do not collect
No advertising identifiers, no tracking across other apps, no crash reporting service and no email address.
Backups and exports
A backup or CSV export is a file you create and keep. Where you put it is up to you. Progress photos are not in the backup.
Purchases
Subscriptions and the lifetime unlock are handled by Apple. We receive no payment details and cannot see your card.
